Semi-Themeless #1

Hello! Today's puzzle is a "semi-themeless", because there is sort of a theme and there sort of isn't, and anyway I couldn't think of a good title for it. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks so much to Norah for helping me figure out how to make it work, and to Frisco for the test solve.

Please note: I really wanted you to be able to put symbols in the grid, but I couldn't figure out how to do that. So for the three rebus squares you are going to have to write out what the symbols would be. Sorry about that!

Hello! Today we have a very special puzzle, a collobaration with none other than Norah Sharpe ! Norah and I have collaborated on a number of puzzles and working with her is always a joy and a privilege. She basically sent me the entire grid and theme already made and asked me if I wanted to work on it. I am lucky to have a friend like Norah in my life! Hello! Today is an exciting day as it is the 2023 Boswords Summer Tournament, but it is also a very special day for myself and co-author Quiara Vasquez ! Street Finder (Semi-Themeless #3)

Hello! I am pleased to tell you that we have moved to our new place in New York. Babka is seen here looking out our new window. So far he likes to look at the birds on the fire escape and the street sweepers. Paprika is hiding under the bed mostly but comes out for food. We're doing okay! So far I am having an issue where I do not know where things are yet. In order to help myself, I created this grid to remember where some of the streets are.
